We started with a birthday wake up from Max and I, followed with a small present. A FAN!! Do you realize how much joy can be found in a small fan? Lilly does, it is beautiful and fancy and what is that word oh yes glamorous. Then it was off to school, she got to bring donuts to the class for snack. Max and I ate lunch with her at school and brought her a kids meal. Later I was able to go back to her class and read her favorite story to the class. She picked Lilly's Big Day (good choice). For her favorite dinner she picked chicken and rice and then it was off to Build a Bear.Meet the very fashionable Rosie.
We ended the night with her birthday cake. It's times like this that I really could have used my mother in laws help. I surly won't be hired by Duff, but I don't think it is not bad enough to be on cake disasters. Lilly was impressed with how tall it was and thought it was pretty great. So mission accomplished.
Thank you to grandma Lola, and Nana and Papa for the cards. She is thinking very hard on how to spend her birthday money. Lilly got many phone calls and loved them. She smiled from ear to ear after she had figured out that they only wanted to talk to her and no one else. Lilly had a great day. Happy Birthday big girl!!!! WE LOVE YOU!!
