Oh HAPPY DAYS
Someone a church asked be today "When did Max grow up?" I answered "Yesterday" The kid is growing up way too fast. We tried to capture some impressive footage of Max performing his latest trick. Drop kicking the ball. He will spend hours doing this over and over and it doesn't matter what ball. Anything is fair game to him. Kevin is hoping that this is impressing Grandpa. So what do you think?

A wonderful Birthday weekend
Like mother like daughter, Lilly managed to stretch out her birthday for a whole weekend. It started off with getting the mail on Friday and getting 2 birthday cards one from Grandma Lola and one from Nana and Papa. Lilly is thrilled to get mail, so a BIG thank you! and she is very excited to go shopping. Next we hit the bowling alley on Saturday morning, then a pizza party for dinner with her girl cousins and her birthday cake. Sunday morning she got presents from Kevin and I, followed by her favorite breakfast SAUSAGE. She got sung to in primary, and picked a sucker and a small picture of Jesus from the primary birthday cake. She has been wanting to do that for 2 years. To wrap it all up Lilly chose to have hot dogs for her birthday dinner.

This picture sums it up, her birthday was so much fun, she was so happy and thrilled with everything. I'm so blessed to have such a remarkable daughter. And so proud to call her my girl.
I want to show you all the many photos that I took this weekend, so you could feel as if you were here. Enjoy them.

Amos 3:7
It was Lilly's big day in primary today. She got to give the prayer and scripture. She did pretty well. She practiced in the microphone about 5 times while I was setting up for primary. Here is her practice run before church. I just loved that she thought that she had to throw in a little dance. Always a performer our Lilly!

Like Father Like Son
I'm sure that Kevin won't like this picture much, but I just had to show you all how much our little man loves his dad. He has to do everything just like him.
This weekend the kids and I had our first swim of the season. Lilly was scared at first and then remembered that she likes to swim. She just forgot how. Max was a crazy man. He loved the water, splashing around having a good time. I'm looking forward to a summer of swimming with these two.
