Happy Halloween everyone. The photos this year just didn't turn out the way I wanted. Kevin was a good sport and dressed up with to be the Super Mario Brothers. Lilly was happy to be a princess!! And Max wore his costume for 5 minutes. He did make a cute M&M for the short while that he was in it. Both kids loved Halloween this year and got an ample supply of candy.

Now its my turn for a Birthday
Thank you all that called, sent cards, blogged or sang a birthday wish. The thought was very much appreciated. It was another success, I turned one year older just as planed. My friends at work were so thoughtful with decorations, lunch and cake. Kevin and the kids set up a candle light dinner for us to enjoy. Oh yes and flowers!! For dessert we had many goodies to choose from pie and a pumpkin roll. YUM-O!
And to document me at 32 here is a photo from this evening. Yep I still got it!

Happy Birthday Dear Kevin
Someone in your house has started is last year in his twenties. I hope he had a good day, it started off with work like any other day. When he got home he was surprised to find cookies, presents and cards. Lilly thought it would be fun to make Daddy find his cards so she hid them.
We we were able to go to dinner. Going to dinner is always fun when the children are well behaved.
For his birthday dessert this year was home made apple pie, and it didn't disappoint.
So happy birthday Dude, we love you and hope you have a great last year in your twenties. With that being said let my birthday week begin!!!
One more thing look I found some time to scrap. I've been inspired by my friend Mandy. She has had so many cute pages up lately I knew I needed to find time.

Let me see your pumpkin
I took a break from work today and spent time with my most favorite children. Our big fun adventure for the day was WAL MART. If you know me, you know why. The kidos picked out their pumpkins. I thought at $3.83 not a bad price for a pumpkin. Since there was no pumpkin patch (but I did almost take my camera with me to the store) here are pictures of the 2 and their pumpkins at home.
And this one is for Mandy. I never do this tag thing but this one required no thought for clever answers. So here's what you do...go into your photos on your computer. Grab the 4th folder, and post the 4th picture. This Lilly on her 4th Birthday (can you believe another 4 a little spooky) This was the first time we went bowling. I just adore those little shoes.

This is when you have to tag four people to do the same. Let's do MOM because I know she reads but never posts. Erin C., Nikki and Danielle maybe this will get her to post something(HA HA). Have fun gals.

FARM DAY
We had another fun weekend. Being that it is Kevin's and I birthday month. We did something crazy and went to dinner. We where headed to the fair but we got discouraged in traffic and found a cute pizza place by where I work. The kids were wonderful, and ate their food so well. I love that my children are good eaters. We even got desert WOOH!! It sounds dumb but sometime eating out can be so fun. We had allot of fun together. When we got home Lilly said "MOM, that was the funnest time ever"
Fun days continue with a day on the farm. Here is Max on the tractor, He even wore his tractor shirt.
The kids are enjoying yummy fresh ice cream.
And the balloon that Max never made it home with. Can you see the pure delight on his face? He loved this balloon but the stinker wouldn't let me tie it around his wrist. So you call all guess what happened.
Lastly the beloved cows. We want to thank them for yummy milk products and the great smell in the morning air. Buy the way, the weather was beautiful, the air was off, the windows were opened, , and I got to wear a little jacket. The cool weather won't stay but it was so nice.

Conference
A great weekend. Well it's always fun when we get to see John, Shannyn and Jack. Here is a what we did. Made a Green Monster. Just like the one in GO AWAY BIG GREEN MONSTER. I love love that book, and the kids to do as well.
Here are the kids in Jamies. They loved having Jack here.
The great sisters in my ward had a pot luck at the park while the boys were at Priesthood. This is a picture of my children after the park on Saturday. They brought a lot of sand back with them, but they had a great time. It has been months since the weather has been nice enough to play outside.

I wanted to jot down what I learned this weekend from what I was able to hear from conference. First I was delighted that my children were able to identify Pres. Monson as the prophet. I'm not sure what else they heard but they do know that there is a living prophet on earth today. Lilly did mention to me that some people in MOTAB have scary eyes. I have to agree there only a lucky few that look great while they sing. Back to what I learned.
