the box car

Our primary activity was so much fun! I think the kids had a good time. We got video clips of every child in our primary sharing a talent that they have. The the 2nd counselor and her husband stayed up oh so late and made it into a film. The kids brought home made box cars for the DRIVE IN MOVIE. First they got ticket, then went through a car wash, parked and ate popcorn and a drink to watch the movie. Lilly loved the popcorn and the drink the best. She was so excited to see herself and her friends on the big movie.
Here are photos of your car process. Lilly loved the way it turned out.

A super fun week!

We have had a great week filled with fun, fun, fun! Just as I had planed. Dang it's going to be hard to be away from my sweeties. Well are some photos of the zoo today. Tomorrow we are having our primary activity, this will be Lilly's first one. We are having all the kids decorate cars for our drive in movie, staring the Primary children. It should be alot of fun, well I hope so because it was alot of work but, well worth it. I'll post photos of Lilly car tomorrow.

Just stuff

So most of you know that this will be my last week as a stay at home mom. I have put off writing about it because I knew when I did it would be all too real. I got a fantastic job at the University of Phoenix, I will be an academic counselor, I will keep students in school, schedule their classes and resolve concerns or questions they have about their program. It will be nice pay and we will get health benefits. Oh and I get to go to school for free to finish a masters.

The children will be well taken care of by Awesome Aunt Amber for a few hours, and Kevin. I know the kids are in the best hands. And this will make my time with them more precious then ever. So the goals for this week are to enjoy my sweeties the most I can. I plan to have all fun, with lots of play dough, parks, cookies, singing, painting, the museum, reading, and snuggling.

Now time for some fun clips. Lilly has decided that she likes to play soccer. We will most likely put her on a team next year but, there are a few conditions that she has set. 1 She must have a pink ball and 2. she wants her cousins to come to her game. Straight from her mouth. I think we can manage them.

Clip 2 Max saying "BASKETBALL" oh I just love it.

Lastly some pages that I have been working on.

Just for MAX

Sorry for my annoying voice, I wanted to share Max's cute voice when he says color. This boy loves to color and he will color on every thing and find pens every where. Just tonight as I was cooking dinner and trying to talk with Kevin, he found a sharpie and a pencil at 2 different times. I know I should know better don't turn my back on a almost 2 year old. He colored once on the fridge and the other time on the island. I'm so thankful for the MAGIC Eraser.

Just one more, Max saying PEPPER and BROCOLLI. Oh I just love his little voice. And yes those are my 2 kids eating raw veggies, good habits formed early. Oh and I promise if we have you over for dinner my children won't lick of bite your food before it is cooked.
